Job Description:

• Event concept creation, e.g. themes, message, purpose 
• Air and Ground Travel Arrangements 
• Work closely with program managers, committees and Client Servicing staff to effectively promote events to target audience and obtain accurate event specifications. 
• Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long term planning and effective event management for the organization’s meetings, conferences and events. 
• Represent and Deliver Service excellence that is in keeping with organization’s brand. 
• Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery. 
• Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations. 
• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project 
• Managing supplier relationships 
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently 
• Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team 
• Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events 
• Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish 
• Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery 
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports for management.

Desired Profile:

• Post Graduation in Business Management OR Equivalent Qualification in Mass Communications, Advertising etc. 
• Knowledge of Computers: MS Office Package 
• 2-5 years and above experience in event management, promotions etc. 
• Good knowledge of production, events, exhibition (BTL activities), Good network of vendors pan India. 
• Skills: 
• Must have exceptional communication, Excellent Coordination &, Good Interpersonal skills
