Job Profile

Client Servicing
Pitching in New/ Existing client for business· 
Research markets to identify opportunities for events· 
Generating business from clients and working closely with Client Servicing·  
Managing the Business Development Team. 
 Preparing detailed market research plans for different population segments.· 
 Developing new sales business strategy· & servicing old ones. 
 Focus· & improvement on sales keeping unit wise performance. 
 Constant persuasion of training and development to enhance the skill level starting from CS-Manager, and up to the level of CS-Trainee.· 
 Strong public relations· & brand development. 
 Responsible for executing orders from conceptualization to fulfilment with final product· & services. 
 Making presentations and costs· 
 Achievement of Regional Sales budget.· 
 To be involved in Key account handling in terms of revenue and servicing of projects· 
 Contribute to achieving annual revenue growth targets· 
 Brand positioning and updates to client on regular basis· 
 Conceive· & develop business strategies to enhance market sales 
 Create, manage, track and reconcile all local event and program budgets· 
 Review· & monitoring mechanisms for all levels in the sales functions. 
 Makes high-quality decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment; takes the time needed to build a solid business case for important decisions.· 
 Relationship management servicing existing clients and developing new relationships· 
 Understanding the client’s communication needs planning and conceptualizing BTL marketing plan to serve the same.· 
 Brainstorming and Ideating communication strategy· 
 Briefing the creative team and ensuring that the commitments made to the client are kept·
 Coordinating with all the departments and ensuring effective execution.· 
 Driving the activity along with the Operations Team· 
 Help in reporting of on-going projects· 
 Client Relationship Management· 
Desired Profile
Post Graduation in Business Management OR Equivalent Qualification in Mass 
Communications, Advertising etc. 
Knowledge of Computers: MS Office Package 
Experience: 
Experience of 5+ Yrs in Servicing /Communications in Marcom in a Reputed Organisation 
Experience in Client Handling , Strategizing.
 Ability to work beyond Advertising mandate is preferred· 
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a multicultural company.· 
 Ability to think out-of-the-box and work under extreme pressure and stringent times lines are important aspects the position will be decided on.· 
 Understand business goals and work closely with leadership on key business, resource, issue and both internal and external communications priorities· 
 A team player with excellent written and oral communication skills· 
 Interactive Skills with Senior Management.·
