Experience: Minimum 10 years, post completion of graduation, with experience in High rise, residential and commercial Buildings. Must possess fluency in English and Hindi.

CTC - Above 8 Lacs. (Negotiable)

It is a renowned Bangalore Based company engaged in construction of High Rises. Currently, they are constructing High Rises in Bangalore and Patna.

Job Profile

Assume total project responsibility and represent the company.
Lead team of junior site engineers to complete the project in the stipulated time.
Co-ordinate with Consultants, external Project Managers and Architects
Advance projection of material requirements, labours, drawings and details from consultants.
Head the set up at site of junior engineers, store managers and others.
Quality checks. control and follow up with contractors for their quality of works, timely delivery of work.
Assess estimation of the contractor resources, hi-light and report the same to head office by means of written analysis.
Joint inspection for billing measurements. any other responsibility as called for
