Job Description
- Management of the front desk
- In charge of all front desk operations
- Attending incoming and outgoing calls
- Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing couriers
- In charge of utilities and stationary
- Maintaining attendance and movement registers
- Maintaining all office files
- Attending to all enquiries and clients.
- Coordinating with vendors and payments.
Desired Profile
- Candidates having 3 years experience in Front Office Mangement can apply.
- Only Male candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills
- Good computer related skills
- Complete fluency in English with neutral accent.
- Ability to store and record information accurately
- Good social and interpersonal skills.
