- Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;
- Handling customer complaints
- Handle customer escalations
- Documenting all discussions and resolutions of customer complaints.

Job Location - Hyderabad. Locals from Hyderabad or its suburbs are preferred.
CTC - 2.25 LACS TO 2.5 LACS.
Working Hours: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

DESIRED PROFILE :
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 3 to 5 Years experience in the same field.
ELIGIBILITY - Graduate or MBA from any stream.
Other Requirements - Having strong communication skills, good command over spoken English, Affable with a neutral accent. The person should be adept in computer and internet and should possess good typing speed with vast knowledge of internet and online communication.
