To recruit and join with a team of eight experienced professionals (Designation - Financial Planning Associate) for a cost of RS.1.75 Lacs per annum to Rs. 2.5 Lacs per annum in the Direct Sales Force Model. To manage and motivate the team to achieve the monthly Sales Target alloted within the stipulated time frame. To generate leads and distribute them among the direct sales force. To make joint calls with the team members to enhance their productivity in order to surpass the targets given to the entire team.
JOB LOCATION: Kolkata.
PRODUCT: Life Insurance and General Insurance. 80 percent of the Target will be Life Insurance, balance can be achieved through the sales of General Insurance.
DESIRED PROFILE
Eligibility - Graduate from any stream or MBA.
Experience - Minimum 5 Years Experience in Insurance Industry, with preferably 2 Years experience in Team Handling in Direct Channel, Bancassurance, Alternate Channel of any Insurance Company or a Insurance Broking House in Kolkata. Candidates with an existing Team of Insurance Sales Officers only can apply.
