JOB DESCRIPTION

Making  monthly production plan for all die .Distribution of assignment to supervisor. Calculating the estimated Machine hour for every new product. New development planning & execution.Tool room capacity to be calculated.Cost saving  by process improvement, waste elimination with improvement project etc.Ensuring  100% adherence of quality of component.Identification of Machine for maintenance in the Tool Room.New product design, design of Die and Fixture.Making a list of Raw Material and taking the approval.
