- Candidate will have to take the responsibility
- of managing the Residential Apartment in Amtala.
- He will have to maintain a team of facility
- Managing the basic accounts (Petty Cash etc)
- Building and grounds maintenance;
- Cleaning;
- Catering and vending;
- Health and safety;
- Procurement and contract management;
- Security;
- Space management;
- Utilities and communications infrastructure.
- Maintenance of Electronic Equipment inside the facility.
- Fire Safety and Housekeeping
