Job Profile :
Should have adequate knowledge of business
and management principal
To look into day to day operation of
the plant
Allocate all resource effectively & utilize
assets to produce optimal result
Monitor operation & trigger corrective actions
Share a trusting relationship with workgroup, vendors,
suppliers, local community and recruit contractor,
manpower and develop plant staff.
Should be familiar with fire & safety procedure
and clean in place (CIP) at workplace
