Job Description
  1. Management of the front desk
  2. In charge of all front desk operations
  3. Attending incoming and outgoing calls
  4. Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing couriers
  5. In charge of utilities and stationary
  6. Maintaining attendance and movement registers
  7. Maintaining all office files
  8. Attending to all enquiries of  clients.
  9. Coordinating with vendors and payments.

Desired Profile
  1. Good communication skills
  2. Good computer related skills
  3. Ability to store and record information accurately
  4. Good social and interpersonal skills.
