Steel and Metal Buildings (PEB) Structure for cost-effective and speedy
completion of commercial, industrial and architectural buildings.
Job
Responsibility :-
- Plan, review & plan.
- Job allotment to Engineers / Supervisor / Staffs
- Regular site visit and monitoring the activities of the Engineers / Supervisors / staffs on regular basis.
- Pro-actively resolve the issues by giving decisions and timely actions for smooth running of the projects.
- Erection costing.
- Appointment of sub-contractor and price negotiation.
- To complete the project within the allocated budget.
- Attending meeting with client/communication with client with respect to the progress of site.
- To Train & Develop subordinates to take higher responsibilities.
Desired Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in mechanical Engineering.
- Experience : Minimum 10-15 Years.
- Exposure in steel structure erection & on-site project management. Must have managed several projects in execution at different project site locations. Specific exposure in prefabricated steel structures / PEBs / Space Frames will be an additional advantage.
- Must have good Communication Skill in English (verbal & writing), Must have computer skill with good knowledge in Excel, Word, email etc. Knowledge in MS Project will be an additional advantage.
