It is a Kolkata Based company having 60,000 square feet area for warehouse/manufacturing & 25000 sq feet of area for office space. This year they are targeting Rs. 1 Billion mark in sales. They have production units in Kolkata, Howrah and Bangalore.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Incumbent will be entrusted to independently handle the functions of Accounting, Budgeting, taxation, Compliance with Statutory Authorities.
- Should develop and implement Financial and Accounting Systems, processes, tools and controls and provide critical financial and operational information.
- Should oversee long term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with company's strategic planning.
- Oversee financing strategies and activities as well as banking relationships.
- Represent the company to financial partners, financial institutions, investors and auditors.
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
- Develop financial business plans and forecasts at regular intervals.
Desired Profile
- Chartered Accountant in the preferred age group of 40 to 50 years.
- Should possess minimum 15 years of Working experience
