Monitoring Books of Accounts. 2. Assisting Branch Accounting. 3. Reconciliation of Bank, Cash, Debtors, Creditors and Stock Ledger. 4. Preparation of Quarterly Profit & Loss A/c, Trial Balance etc. 5. Co-operation to the Auditors and analyzation of Balance Sheet. 6. Inter branch fund transfer and RTGS/ NEFT to third party. 7. Maintain and Finalize all Individual Books of A/c i.e. Directors, Partners, Proprietor etc. 8. Other day to day work required by Directors. 9. To Make sure the payment of Supplier within due dates. Statutory Compliances: 1. TDS Matter (Deduction to issuing TDS Certificate) 2. All Statutory Payments of GST, Profession Tax, Advance Tax, TDS, PF, ESI etc. 3.  E-filling of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, P.Tax etc. 4. To maintain all GST Related Compliances till Annual Return. Export Compliances: 1. To Prepare Export Paper and Collected Remittances from party. 2. To Prepare Forward Document to Protect from Exchange rate fluctuation. 3.
