Candidate should be
  1. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali
  2. Basic computer knowledge
  3. Minimum qualification 10+2 (HS) passed 
  4. BPO Outbound Insurance experience is must minimum 1year
  5. Team Leader/ Team Handling experience minimum 6 months
  6. Age limit maximum 32 years
